How to eliminate nulls while using applymap function.

Hello Experts,

I have a scenario where the data is loading from two different files with  indirect relation ,used applymap and made a relation between two tables.

But the issue is some of the data is blank ,tired to give same blank in other file as well but the data is not reflecting properly.

it is taken as '-' category when I build a chart.

Also  some of the data was 'NA' ,so I want to map blanks and NA as one output category

Request your help to resolve the issue.
