How to eliminate the small white gap between the border and caption?

Hi,

    I want to eliminate the small white gap between the caption and border(painted red). How to do it? It does not appear in webview mode.

Can you post a screenshot of the Properties->Layout tab of this object? Make sure that you are working in Advanced styling mode (see Settings->Document properties->General->Styling mode)

try this

1. go to layout

2. select Use border

3.click on border color

4. make this color option 100% transparent

5.now uncheck use border

6. click ok

Have you checked the border style, maybe you have it set to raised, try changing that and see if that helps

And set the border width to 0
