Try to send to printer

I could just copy and paste it. Else, have a look at Governance Dashboard if that helps.

Hi,

Use a System Monitor Application and reload it.

In there you can see Users (CALs). Then export the list into an excel.

Link:

QlikView Application: System Monitor v5.1.23

No.. there isn't any printer button in Qlikview management console.

Already checked in Qlikview Management Console - Tab System - Licenses - Qlikview Server - Tab Client Access Licenses (CALS) - Tab History..

Have a look at the Licence Analyser app written by my colleague David Foster

This give users access to see the allocation of User Cals and Document Cals

Use the document in attachment. It will read an XML export of the related PGO file from the Document Root.

Two important things to take care of before your reload the document:

  1. Make sure that your QlikView Server exports PGO files as XML also. Close to every License Monitoring app requires this. See David Fosters License analyser for instructions. You posted in the accompanying thread already, so you know where to look.
  2. By default, QVS places PGO files and XML exports in the Document Root. If you modified the document root, enter the new path in the input box before reloading.

Good luck,

Peter
