How to find value in pivot table.?

Dear All,

How can i find a specific value in a pivot table?

For an example,

A          B          C             D

1          5          7               8

2          4          6               4

3          2          5               3

4          2          4               4

5          4          3               3

6          2          6               4

If i want to find the Value '4' in this table, how could i able to do this?

Hi Priyantha,

if I have correctly understood your query then following will help you understand qv objects.

you can not search a single number/character in all the dimensions and expressions of pivot table nor in the straight table

you can use dropdown and then search in that particular dimension

and you can use search object but search object is for whole document or alternate state or specific field you have mentioned in it and is not part of straight table

You cannot search any specific values in the Pivot table, to search for a specific values you can try with adding the global search object , which will pop up you with all the field which have the string your searching for.
