How to fix the height of the listbox

In the case below, listbox "Type" has only two values while listbox "Name" has four values, and therefore the listbox "Type" is shorter than "Name".

I want to fix the height of listbox so that it does not depend on number of values.

How to fix the listbox "Type" to be also four-values tall so that it has the same height as "Name"?

Unselect the " Size to Data " under Layout tab.
