How to get expressions?

Hi,

I have to create straight and bar chart with below information. Can anyone help me with expression please as I tried but not able to make it exact data.

The requirement is

1) A summary of the successful Initials made.

Table

                  Week 1 Week 2 Week 3
No of Org  
Initial made  
% of Initial made  
  

Bar chart showing week number on the horizontal axis and % of  Initial made on the vertical axis.

2) A summary of the AD Order showing the number of appointments completed and the number of these that were proceeded.

Appointments proceeded  
WIP  
Die  
Appointments completed  
  
Bar chart showing week number on the horizontal axis and % of  appointments proceeded on the vertical axis.
Pie chart for the last week showing from the appointments completed, the % split between appointments proceeded, WIP and Die and any other.

Thanks. But I need the expressions behind the chart items, Is it possible to see the code?

Yes you can download Qvw and can be able to open and see all the properties.

I can able to open the file but I need the code behing this. so, actually in qvw if you go to ant chart item and if we right click we can able to see the properties. I need that properties. is it possible?
