I am not sure how you are reading the 'dump' file. Are you loading all the currency columns? Which rate conversion(s) do you want to use? Do you just want the exchange rate?
You will need to unpack the currency fields to a pair of fields - currency and value. You can then join the rates to the table using the date and the Currency From field.
