Hi,
i have reports created for an application. when deployed on the server and accessed through access point the reports are showing as black and white.
How do i make the reports look colored (charts like barcharts, gauage charts) on the access point.
Helpful answers are really appreciated.

Hi shree,
you should change your chart properties in tab color you can see "use pattern instead of color" by default When printing is checked. you just uncheck and its done.

It works fine on dektop version, when the application is accessed through Accesspoint i IE explorer
the charts are displaying as black/white..

Make sure in the object properties, both items in red below are unchecked.

That works fine on Desktop version.
When i access the application through access point in(IE or Full browser mode) and select the reports in displays in Black and white. when i see the preview also its displaying as black and white.
I have a color printer by default and changed the settings in printer to color.
i am using Qlikiew 11.20 and IE 9.0

i did the above settings still i am not able to get the charts(Bar charts and Pie charts ) as colored on access point.
Is this some kind of bug ? i tried in other browsers still this problem exits..

I do not know of a bug that has been logged with this issue. I would contact support and open a case on it.
