How to get traned on QlikView

I am Sireesha from hyderabad(india).I am new to Qlik View and I want to get trained on this as i am planning to migrate from cognos to Qlik View.Please let me know how to start.

I will be thankful if some one helps me on this

                     To get trained you are better off starting on this free Qlik portal by viewing the videos made available under training  and you can further on exchange questions and answers with expertise.I. am new into Qlikview as well.Thank you.
