Please suggest on this.
There is Ranking system below is the scenario.
Exampe:
-> I have stores and I divided that store into 5 Groups
(Group1 Store which is "<=5sales, Group2 "5 to 10 Sales"
Group3 "10-20Sales", Group4 "20-52Sales" , Group5 "50above" sales)
-> There are 4 KPI's %. I need to consider 25% from each KPI.
-> I need to give the rank for Store based on this 4KPI and sales from Each group.
suppose - Group 1 is having 4 stores. If same KPI % it should compare with sales.
Store Sales KPI% Rank
ABC 3 55% 3
DEF 6 55% 2
GHI 2 75% 1
JKL 8 45% 4
If select any Store that rank should show -> current Rank like this 1/ 4(Total stores). and previous Rank of that particular store as well.
Please can any one help on this.
