How to hide the code in script modus

Hello together,

I am the new member of QV-developer and have only a simple question:

Is there an possibility in the QV that I protect my scipting / codes from others. That means that my script is in "UNVISIBLE" -status.

The version of the QV-SW is 8.20.xxxx and the product level "Enterprise".

Hi,

In the Script editor, File menu, there is an option to create a password protected "Hidden" script tab.

Don't forget your password - or you will lose your script!

Hi Stephen,

My QV version 9.00.7119.4, In the Script editor,File Menu, when I click "create hidden script" and after enter new hidden script password,

it only shows a new tab "Hidden Script" and other tabs are not changed, my script is still in visible status, why?

If you want to hide the already added codes, cut-paste them to the hidden script tab.

Hi,

Only the Hidden Tab is hidden. The other tabs stay as you you see.

You can move as much of your existing code into the hidden tab as you want. There is no way of adding multiple hidden tabs.
