How to insert gif image into chart item?

I have gif image from website. How can i insert this into qlikview chart item?

EDIT: will this works with BAR chart instead of Straight table?

May be there is problem in my qvw. can you please confirm will the alert works with Bar chart instead of Straight table?

I'm sorry I could not find any Display option in the BAR or Combo chart to display external images.

The max we could do with a Combo chart for your requirement is like below. In one of my earlier QVWs you can find this solution.
