How to key in the value to filter Data

Hi I have 20 mil records with a date filed. In order choose the records which are below particular data .i.e. Condition with out using multi select or slider bar i need to key in the date so that my sheet should display all the records below that particular date. Please help me how can i do that. I thought input box is useful for that but no luck as I'm new to QV.

Hi pcrao_kode ,

the date which you are giving as a input from input box ,you have to change that date format by using

date(date#(variable name,given date format),required date format) ,

while giving a date input try to save that input inot a variable and use it in the above expression .
