How to manage the tolerance of 4 hours in the date-time of the files.

How to manage the tolerance of 4 hours in the date-time of the files.The issue is that when we run from our PC it is correct but as soon as it is scheduled, then the system has one hour delay.can any one  explain ?

Check that the PC datetime is the same as that of server used for the scheduled reload.

Both the PC datetime & server time is same.

Are the country / region settings the same on the PC as the server? This could add a time difference.

Or system housekeeping that is scheduled for the same time ?
