How to open the qlikview applications outside the network?

Hi,

Can anyone give me the solution for my problem.My problem is:

I developed the 4 Dasboards and i deployed the applications, everything is fine.My users opening applications with in the network works fine,But they want to open these applications outside the network.I am using QV11 SR1.

Can anyone know how to open the applications outside the networks,is there any solution for these requirement.Please help me.

Give Public IP Permission for that server may be it is not having the Public IP Check with the Public IP

Contact your system admin and ask him to give the Public IP permission to that machine

hi Baru .

There is two Ip for accessing application

Private Ip which is used within a network

Public Ip: which is used Outside the network.System admins should Create Public Ip for you.

ONE MORE THING YOU MAY TRY

IF THE USER HAVE VPN ACCESS  FOR YOUR NETWORK .THEN THEY CAN ACCESS THE NETWORK

USING VPN OR SOME OTHER SOFTWARE YOU CAN ENTER INTO DOMAIN WHERE APPLICATIONS ARE DEPLOYED. AND ACCESS THE APPLICATION
