How to perform row level Calculation in Pivot table...?

I was trying to perform row level calculation on these dimension  like   china , india, Japan

=IF(CountryName='China',$(vchina), CountryName)

My Variable Contain ---- sum([Unit Cost])/(sum(Units))---

Do you mean something like that below: (Suppose I'm doing w.r.t row number 25 in my pivot table)

=IF(not isnull(BalancePosition) and rowno <> 25 and Type = vSpalte3,BalancePosition)
