How to print out each row as a separate pdf page from a straight table

I have a stright table that has 7 columns with 50 rows. I need to print out each row as a separate pdf page. I know that you can use the Report Editor to print out the entire table as PDF but I need to print out one page per selected row that containing 7 columns (fields). Each row represents a unique product and I need to print out each row as pdf with the layout that I attached. Is it possible to create a template with fixed headings and placeholder for new values as in word document.
