How to redirect HTTP to HTTPS on QVWS

Hi,

We are running a Qlikview Server 12.10.20300.0 using QVWS as the web server. We recently followed steps to implement an SSL cert and have done so successfully. The only trouble we are having now is that any new users who enter www.adlytics.tv are greeted with a connection timed out error.

When users enter the full address https://www.adlytics.tv then the page resolves and works fine.

Please tell me there is a way to redirect the page on QVWS.

It's easy to redirect http to https if you use IIS as a web server. IIS has a builtin redirector.

Unfortunately QVWS does not.

Consider switching to IIS: http redirection to https

We finally managed to get a work around going by using CloudFlare.
