How to remove Starging number in the Value ?

Hi All,

I have a field which is having values like 

1CA
2HMI
3CA HMI
4CLASSIC PANNEL
5CONTROL PANEL
63K5RGTL

Now , i want to remove or hide first numbers of the value like 1,2,3,4 till 8 in the reports.

Please help me on this.
