How to remove linked sheet objects

Hi,

some of our users get 2 copies of same sheet object... pls refer to attached image..

Currently they have to right click and delete it.. .but is there a way to completely remove them? In the application i do not see any of these sheet objects that are appearing on user's machine (using QV IE plugin)

You want to disable user delete sheet object? If sound like this then let try http://community.qlik.com/message/171429#171429 and uncheck on Remove Sheet in this screenshoot.

no, our users see multiple objects on screen (may be unknowingly i created linked sheet objects) so how do i remove 2nd version of the object ?

Settings / Document Properties

You can see "Sheets" tab with all your objects, use it to remove unwanted itens

Unfortunately its not as simple as that!! thats the first thing I tried..

It seems like by mistake i created linked objects... and now my users have started noticing multiple copies of tables/charts on screen... Problem is I am not able to find any menu to "unlink"... I tried right click on one of the object, but that does not have any unlink option (even though it shows multiple copies for users)

finally the problem went away after i saved the qvw with a different name... strange but true!
