How to restore .fbk files

I have a navision backup files with file extension .fbk. How I restore that files into navision so that I can fetch data from that.

Do you have Navision 4.0 installed on your computer, if not, do that and then You have to add a new database and then import your backup. After this you install ODBC and then you can connect from Qlikview

I have istalled the navision and restoring it but it shows the error 'Insert statement missing'.

I am not a Navision expert so I dont know what that means
