How to restrict the number of rows that are exported to excel from a table?

I need to restrict the number of rows while exporting the table into an excel sheet. Is there a function or document setting that will help me achieve? appreciate your assistance on it.

Attaching the screenshot after i click on the custome cell format. I dont get any option to modify the rows count

After clicking on custom cell format i dont get further options to modify the row count. Its only for adding borders.

This doesn't seem to work. When I put the condition to count my tickets to be lesser than 1000 the table becomes blank
