How to show all values except Null() in a dimension in Pivot

Hi Everyone,

I have a scenario where I have to show all the values in a field as a dimension in Pivot Table except NULL value.

I am using above 'Show All Values' option which is helping in showing all values but with NULL as well as below:

The moment I try to alter the dimension to ignore NULL value, it disables the above 'Show All Values' option which again suppresses the 0 values.

Would appreciate suggestions for the issue.

Thanks
