How to show dimensions ( 2 or more) into Horizontal way

I have 3 fields ename,sal,doj but i want to show data in chart(Straight table,or pivot table) like below

in script only we need this one

ename venkat syam lion swapna

sal        100      200   300  4000

doj         apr1   may2  nov22 dec 5

use cross table(i.e pivot table),

simply drag columns as rows in pivot table
