How to show info when mouse pointed to a text field?

When the mouse pointed to a text field, how to display a message related to it?

Go to the Caption tab of the Text Object. In the bottom-right corner you will find "Help Text". If you put text in that field, it will "popup" when you hold your mouse above this object.
