How to show values on each segment of a stacked bar chart

Dear community,

Q: Is there a way to show all values in a stacked bar chart, no matter what size each segment is?

I have a stacked bar chart where one segment is of significantly less value than the other segments. That particular segment does not show its value (probably due to its size compared to the other segments). Using the same data for a line chart, the value is indicated.

In excel for example the value would be indicated next to the bar (linked with a line).

Other that resizing the chart so that all segments become tall enough for the values to be shown... nope, I think you're out of luck.
