How to show weeks as columns with total sales

Hello All,

This is my first question, I have limited experience, but I am open to any advise and good practices to expand my knowledge.

My question as the subject suggests, how can I show total sales (turnover) by week for each sales dept?

Displaying the weeks as individual columns.
