How to switch automatically between sheets with vbscript

Hi there...

I wan´t to to a presentation with a project in a way that it loops between folders.
Something like getting current time, and after some seconds, change to another folder and keep going...
Does anyone have an idea on how to?

I know I can do it with vcscrip, but don´t know the method do achieve it...
