How to update existing prj folder

Hi:

I have an application and I created a prj folder for it by creating an empty folder with the same name as the application plus '-prj' at the end.

But after I make changes to the application and save it then close it, the prj folder didn't update. If I open the application again, the changes simply gone and back to the first created state.

How can I update the prj folder without creating another one and replace the old one?

Just to check, is the prj folder located in the same location where qvw file exist?

Yes. They are in the same location.

I haven't move anything since the creation of prj folder.

I presume I need to put them in the same directory in order to create the prj folder.

Yes, I think you need to keep them in same directory. Attached white paper may help you in this regards.
