How to use geoqlik on qlikview ?

Dear All,

I use a GeoQlik on QlikView.

heat map chart, Bubble chart are displayed, but map is not display on background.

I used to web view mode, and selected Open Street Map at basemap.

My configuration is not enough ?

Please let me know.
