How to write the expression ?

Hi All ,

Please anybody can help me in writing the expression  to get the Value calculated.

According to my requirements :

1. Cost Price for this product and selected Fiscal year and Fiscal Month will be 238.85. It will change when the filter selection is done.- the cost price will reflect the (cost price) for the max(cost_price_date) for order type 'Closing Balance'

2. The Value will be calculated : Qty * (cost price) for the max(cost_price_date) i.e 238.85 . This will work only when order type ='Closing Balance'
