I have already been to the training of qlikview through the outsource vendor... i just need some brief definitions and any steps to go for that functions.

That "outsource vendor" apparently failed to teach you some of the absolute Qlik basics (your first 3 topics), so I suggest you don't pay them or (if you already did) at least demand (more) free training of them.

If they claim to be "official Qlik trainer" or something like that, please let us know so we can consider taking action as your questions are very understandable for someone who did not receive any training at all, but someone who had some form of developer training at least 3 of the 4 topics should not be a question for you.
