I am trying to take week less than 1 of the current selection in my calculation using variable .

Hello All,

I have a field in my database that is DateOfForecast. I am taking week of it using function Week(DateOfForecast).,

Now in Calculation I need to involve set analysis like.

=sum(PP)+sum(PR)+sum({<Week(DateOfForecast)={$(vDate1)}>}PS)-sum(Forecast)

where vDate1=Week(DateOfForecast)-1

but it is not showing me any result.

Please Help.

Hi Nupur,

Are you trying to find out previous week's forecast based on your selection? If yes, would FirstSortedValue and Peek functions help you?

My task is to calculate for present Selection using last calculated one.

So during selection of some week ,it should be calculated .

Thats why i used this set analysis..
