I need to calculate Average Turnaround Time

Hi all,

Kindly suggest a chart which can display Average Turnaround Time based on the following:

•      Person (Data would be names)
•      Year and Month (This should be drill down)

Currently using a Pivot table Pivoted at Year.

may be Bubble Chart is the option as you can use two dimension here along x & y axis...
