IE Plugin stopped working after creating Custom Users

Dear All,

I created a group of custom users in Custom Directory under Directory service Connector. Now I am not able to view any qvw file when logged in using custom user that is created. Just a blank page is displayed. Same QVW file opens in AJAX mode. Are there any additional configurations to be done for opening the files in IE plugin mode? Has anybody faced this issue?

Note: I was able to open qvw files in IE Plugin mode when using Active Directory.
