IE Plugins Issue

Some of my client who has qlikview client install can open the document from acces point ..

but for other IE plugins are disable....?

kindly advice urgent....

If the plugin is not installed on the client machine (or if they're not using IE) it will be disabled as an option on the access point

I have not checked the option of install IE plugins on Qlikview server....

after check the option i m  getting the msg of install IE plugings on acces point...
