IE plugin is not recognized

Hello Community - We are running QV 10 SR3 x64 (10.00.9070.7).  Myself and several of our clients have the IE plugin installed however it is not recognized when we hit the Access Point.  The IE plugin option is "greyed out" as if we did not have it installed and therefore we are not able to open applications using it.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and even performed drive and registry sweeps in between installations all to no avail.  I would apprecitate any thoughts or comments.

I seem to have the same issue with a client of mine. Some of the desktops are not recognizing the plugin.   Did you get this issue resoloved?

Thanks,

Hi all,

We're facing the same problem.

We have around 100 clients and some of them are seem the application's with error plugin (wrong layout).

Our QV version is 11.20 (64b)  but the browsers that are consuming the service are IE 7, 8 and 9.

Did someone from Qliktech talk about it? Is there any incompatibility between those settings?

Thanks in advance

Yes,

Problem seemed to fix itself months ago. Not sure what was going on.

What is important is the browser and not the OS architecture. The plugin works fine on a x64 OS but will most likely not work on x64 IE.
