IE plugin is not recognized

Hello Community - We are running QV 10 SR3 x64 (10.00.9070.7).  Myself and several of our clients have the IE plugin installed however it is not recognized when we hit the Access Point.  The IE plugin option is "greyed out" as if we did not have it installed and therefore we are not able to open applications using it.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and even performed drive and registry sweeps in between installations all to no avail.  I would apprecitate any thoughts or comments.

64 or 32 bit? I believe QV has an issue with 64 bit.

I believe it is not compatible with 64 bit. Should work if you use 32 bit

This is odd because I have been using IE plugin for 6 months and through serveral versions of QlikView - V9, V10SR2, V10SR3.  I appreciate the feedback.

I'm having this same problem, however other coworkers who have the same configuration are fine.  I was fine at first but then suddenly it stopped working.

Any help from QlikTech would really be appreciated.

Win7

QV10 SR4

IE 8
