Hi,
I'm currently trying to analyse an iis weblog file.
Seems to be quite a lot of filtering stuff. Has anyone of you already experience with this topic?
Any hints?
Thanks
Regards
Aloah
I have done this. It's possible to read them with QV scrip, but it easier if you preprocess the logs with MS Logparser. Then you don't have to worry about field positions or multiple headings.

Here's a link to some info on the MS Logparser about which Rob wrote:

Within the load script, just use the option "comment is #" and it will not bring you those lines.
Then just use subfield() to separate the data components into useful bits.
