IIS web server Internal and External use in Qlikview

Hi All,

I want to install new IIS web server and upgrade existing IIS web sever in my servers.

Can anyone explain step by step installation process? and what is the difference b/w  internal and external IIS web servers? and use of the internal web server and external web server?

Can anyone help me in this case?
