Any idea on this. Everytime it is the same issue. Last time i lost the points and this time i lost the ideas i created. Last i posted a question what is happening they blocked my user id.Also i lost the books i have created earlier. Is it something Qliktech is going to answer it or just ignore the question?

Why don't you write directly to   Community Administrator  ? I guess that would be a better idea.
