Image resize when qvw open in server

Hi. I have a problem.

I insert image into text object, resize object as i need, and save document.

But if I open this document in Qlikview Server (Open in Server) all my resizing dropping, image show with original size.

When open from PC browser:

Image_1.PNG

When open in server:

Image_2.PNG

General sitting:

sitting.PNG

What reason dropping image size?

If you had it already tried with a new textbox and also in a new qvw - it doesn't look like that the object or the application is corrupt in some way. Probably there aren't many causes left but using different QlikView releases between the clients and the server might be a cause.

How does it look like if you open the application with the ajax-client (browser) or if you enabled the web-view within the desktop client?

The only thing of which I can think is the pic needs to be resized and saved as the correct size in an image editing program, then add it to the text object, as that should ensure the correct sizing etc.  The only thing I can figure at this point is Marcus was on the right track, your Desktop Client may be on a different Qlikview release than the server, and if it was say 12.20 versus 12.30 or later, there is a graphics engine difference in that case that could be causing things potentially.  Only other thing that comes to mind.

Brett

On the "Image Stretch", have you tried "Fill with Aspect"?

We use the Bundle LOAD  statement to load our images and then in the Text expression use ='qmem://ImageID/rdmsplash'.

I tried all in "Image Stretch", no result.
I do not want to use Bundle LOAD.

I tried copied text object from another qvw file (not my creation), and my image in this object working well, if open it in server!

All settings between object equal, but text object my creation not working as needed.

How it possible ?

Screnshots bellow,
Left object 1 not my creation, Right object 2 my creation:

PC browser:
pc.PNG

Server:
server.PNG

Settings:
s1.PNGs2.PNGs3.PNGs4.PNGs5.PNG

Have you tried to create a complete new textbox with your picture? Sometimes an object get corrupted in any way and didn't store the right properties anymore. Beside this you could enable the draft-view (menu/view the third from the bottom) and then activating the textbox - how large is it there?

Hi Marcus.

Of course I tried to create a complete new textbox many times, and in complete new qvw file, and with another image, no result.
Can you tell more detail about enable draft-view, please.
Thx.

It's this option:

Unbenannt.JPG

It enabled a grid-view of the sheet and showed the real size of an object if it's activated - a black border around the object which could be seized with the mouse.

We does't use ajax-client (browser).
If enabled the web-view in desktop client, image doesn't change,  if open file in server, image change like before.
