Impact of client machine to access the report

Hi,

Is slient machine power has any impact to acess/opne/show the reports from server?

I have testing some reports which are published online and one some of the machines they work perfectly and on others they are not so fast.

I am just wondering if there is any delay because of clinet machine it self.

Please advise.
