Importing part of the data from a .txt file

Hi All,

I did some searching but probably couldn't find the right thread.

So I have a master inventory report as a .txt file that gives me the data for all product categories. But only want to pull data into my dashboard for a specific product category. One of the fields is called Product_Category. Is it possible to control this Script Editor and only pull the data that I need from that file?
