Can you add a formula into an inline load? If so, how?

Not sure what you are trying to achieve. Something like

LOAD

        Recno(), Value, Value*10 as ValueTenTimes, Value - Peek(Value) as Diff

INLINE [

Value

An INLINE Load is just specifying an inline table as data source, so you should be able to do almost everything if not everything as you could with an external source.
