Input Box Edit Expression Dialog Not Working

Hi all,

I have a strange issue with a few users and Input boxes.  We have implemented some Input boxes and enabled the Edit Expression Dialog so that the users can input a serious of numbers.  A couple of users are having issues where the Edit Expression Dialog boxes appear when they click in the input field, but nothing happens when they push the button.

I worked with one user, and we verified that we have the same versions of IE and the IE plug-in installed, she's using the plug-in, and the pop-up blocker is disabled.  I'm at a loss on how else to troubleshoot this issue, so I'm coming to you.  Has anyone experienced this problem before?

Thanks,

Scott

I have the similar issue. But this is due to the fact that we have two different versions of Server and user IE plugin.

As long as the User IE Plugin version matches with the server version you are good.

I am able to replicate this issue with below setup. And this only happens with IE Plugin.

Seems Qliktech lost its backward compatibility after all...

Server: 11.0 SR2 11440 build.

Document Last Saved Version: 11.0 SR2 11440 build.

User Machine : Installed with 11.2 SR2 11922 (Latest) IE plugin

Hope this helps.

I've also noticed this same problem, and after several attempts, I noticed that this happens when some kind of zoom in is applied in this specific window.

When no zoom in is applied, the expression may be edited without further problems.

Not applicable

I hope this has been addressed by somebody, in my case it was simple

I had two monitors , I had to play with "change the appearance of your display" in screen resolution settings

this only occured to me as I had similar problem with IBM datastage earlier,,simple though silly
