I have a few fields which I designate as Inputfields in the script. After loading the script, I sometimes get a couple of them which have a random value already input. They should all set to zero. Is this a known issue? Is there any way to resolve it?
Input field values survive reloads. Are you sure those random values aren't simply values that are input in the UI between reloads? You can use a macro to reset input field values. See this discussion.
