Interchange x- axis and y-axis in a scatter chart

Hello All,

Am using a scatter chart with 2 expressions and 1 dimension and I want the IC which is being displayed on the x-axis to be represented in the y-axis. And vice versa for the country short name.

Can you please help?

I have attached a picture of my actual diagram.
