Ipad Problem

Hi,

We had a problem with Qlikview ipad application on our client. Here are the configurations;

1)Qlikview 11.2 SR5

2)Apple ipad md543tu/a mini

3)IOS version: 7.0.4 (11B554a)


We are able to access document using the browser which belongs to ipad. However when we use ipad application for qlikview we are not even able to log in with the same ipad.


But we tried to access our server which we use in our company using qlikview app.with the same ipad we got no warning and able to login.


As far as we know ipad browser and ipad qlikview application use the same port which is 80. Does application use another port instead of 80?


Do you have any recommendation?

Hi,

We were thinking that this problem can occur according to missing administrator rights or network problem.

We have a user which has administrator rights ("abcuser"). But this time we changed the service user and  used "Administrator" user as service user. And problem solved.

In management console on the documents tab availability, do you have mobile client option checked?

We were thinking that this problem can occur according to missing administrator rights or network problem.
