Is it HELP online only in v12?

Hi all, did I have a problem installing V12 or in V12 just online Help is available?

Yes, the help for QV12 is only online available.

The advantage of this is that we, Qlik, can update the help without you needing to download patches/updates. The disadvantage is that you have to be online to use it.

‌thanks...   it s a pity.... wouldnt be better to have a choice at least?

This way you will often be without help as soon as you're traveling or with poor internet connection!

I did not install QV12 locally yet, so this might be useless, but you might want to check this folder:

C:\ProgramData\QlikTech\QlikView Documentation\Reference Manual

In QV11.2 it contained the QlikView reference manual PDF which can be used offline. Maybe that helps?

Next to that, if you are traveling for a job in which you use QV, you should not need the help that much . Else they might better send someone else .
